    By purchasing and accessing any of my coaching products (including private sessions, group programs, and intensive coaching), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and accept full responsibility for compliance with local laws. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to purchase or access these services.

    Purchasing any coaching product constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms.
  • 2. Coaching Services
    All services are delivered online (via Zoom or other online platforms) at the agreed time and date selected by the client. Each product is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your access to coaching sessions or materials.
  • 3. No Refund Policy
    All purchases are final and non-refundable.

    Once you complete a purchase, you fully accept this policy. This applies to all coaching programs, whether private, group, or intensive. Please ensure you are ready to commit before making your purchase.

    By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree:
    - No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
    - Rescheduling of private sessions is possible with advance notice, but cancellations will not be refunded.
    - For group programs, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
  • 4. Disclaimer
    Coaching services are provided “as is.” Results depend on your own effort, commitment, and application of strategies. I make no guarantees of specific business or financial outcomes.
  • 5. Limitations of Liability
    In no event shall I, Yoshi Nakao, be liable for any damages including loss of profit, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use my coaching services.
  • 6. Revisions and Updates
    I may revise or update these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the services, you agree to the current version of these Terms.
  • 7. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
